How often is the database updated?
Our immigration rules database is updated continuously as the Home Office publishes changes. Major rule changes are typically reflected within 24–48 hours.
Can I switch or cancel my plan?
You can switch between plans or cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do question credits work?
Your monthly allowance is measured in question credits, charged by answer depth: Quick replies use 1 credit, Standard answers use 2 credits, and Deep assessments use 4 credits. In the app, Auto picks Quick, Standard, or Deep based on the question; you can also choose Deep explicitly when you want a fuller assessment every time.
What is the difference between Auto and Deep?
Auto is the default: the system picks Quick (1 credit), Standard (2 credits), or Deep (4 credits) based on the question, and answers are cited to GOV.UK sources. Choosing Deep forces the fuller path — a structured eligibility checklist, careful date and duration checks, and key figures verified against the sources. Deep is capped separately, and each Deep assessment uses 4 question credits whether Auto selected it or you chose it yourself.
